3. No family bias (in favor)(against is fine.)
4. 2nd place ALWAYS gets to pick their debuff.
5. If you win you can destroy the club and begin a new one with the above rules still in place until the next winner.
6. Reign of terror can only last 10 times. At this time of 10 consecutive wins, you prestige and get to reset ALL rules.
